Yesterday we talked about role models to aspire to.
Today, think about the opposite: negative role models. Who do you definitely not want to be?
Those of you paying attention will recognise inversion at work here: the discipline of turning a problem on its head to find the answer.
Maybe you don’t have a role model yet, or you haven’t found one who ticks all your boxes (you probably won’t—that’s the thing about humans).
But I guarantee you know someone you definitely don’t want to be.
Use them as the inverted basis for your personal strategy.
(Just don’t tell them.)
